Debbie Russo honored for 25 Years of service

Recently, we had the pleasure of celebrating an extraordinary milestone: Debbie Russo’s 25th anniversary as Youth Coordinator at Colonial Youth and Family Services! For a quarter of a century, Debbie has been a guiding light for young people in our community, dedicating herself to empowering youth and creating safe, supportive spaces where they can thrive.

Debbie’s impact reaches far beyond programs and events. She has been a mentor, a friend, and a source of strength for countless young people, always going the extra mile to make each one feel valued. Her compassion and dedication have shaped lives, strengthened families, and enriched our community in countless ways.
